John Chipperfield studied at St. Martin’s School of Art and later served as an associate lecturer in Ceramic Design and taught at Ipswich School of Art. A founder member of the Suffolk Craft Society, his studio pottery was predominantly made in The Pottery in Brockdish, Norfolk from the mid 1970s.
