On the 1st January, we went to Leighton Moss.  We saw lots of species, including red-breasted mergansers, redshanks, oystercatchers, treecreepers, marsh harriers, little egrets, marsh tits, pheasants, redwings, herons, pintails, gadwalls, teals, shovelers, nuthatches, bullfinches, tame robins and many more.
